Culture Assessment Workshop

What is it:

Using a unique facilitation style, these workshops are essentially getting a bunch of people together that work in your business to talk openly about what itā€™s like to work there, whatā€™s working and whatā€™s not to assess what the Culture is like.

There are two sessions, the ā€˜Learn sessionā€™, which is all about learning and really understanding the current context, and the ā€˜Improve sessionā€™ which is all about what can we do to change and improve. The two sessions are separated and for good reasons, and separated by a chunk of ā€˜soak time / reflection timeā€™.Ā 

The workshop is facilitated by an unbiased facilitator that ensures all participants have an opportunity to share and contribute and that what is captured is a true reflection of what the group thinks.Ā 

Itā€™s a powerful and effective way to bring people together and learn more about your business and its current Culture.Ā

How is it run:

There are 5 stages to running a Culture Assessment Workshop in your business:

  • Prepare
  • Run 2hr ā€˜Learn sessionā€™ workshop
  • Soak time - minimum 2hrs but ideally overnight
  • Run 2hrĀ ā€˜Improve sessionā€™ workshop
  • Culture Assessment Action Plan shared

The Outcomes:

  • Workshops are a chance to be open and honest about current Culture and find suitable ways to improve
  • Culture Assessment Action Plan formulated and shared utilising our Culture Kick Culture Cake Framework.

The Numbers:

  • Workshop suitable for 6-12 people
  • Price Ā£1750 + VAT
  • Price includes set up meetings, workshop resources and Culture Assessment Action Plan and report out meeting.
  • For larger organisations or organisations with multiple teams and sites, a number of these Culture Assessment Workshops will need to take place to gauge a true refection of the current Culture.
