This 1/2 day in person interactive workshop is all about the power and multitude of benefits to having a greater awareness of Diversity and Inclusion.

We will cover The Equality Act, the consequences for getting it right or wrong, Psychological Safety and how to create inclusive cultures, and the business benefits of diversity of thought.
