How Culture Kick helps
At Culture Kick we are passionate about High Performing Cultures, where people are actively set up for success, motivated, engaged and able to learn and grow with your business.
If you are already in a great place and have a strong appetite to be even better, then you are the ideal client for us! We partner with Leaders to empower their people to create High Performing Cultures within their organisation.
We use our unique framework to achieve this. Our framework sits nicely within our iconic Culture Kick Culture Cake.
We bring our unique Culture Cake to life through a variety of ways through Keynotes, Facilitated workshops, Consultancy and Coaching/Mentoring.
Did some one say Cake?
Everyone loves a framework, it gives structure and flow to an approach but here at Culture Kick we just thought a framework sounded and felt a little dull for us.
So we have taken all the awesomeness from our unique framework and smashed it nicely into a Culture Cake. A rainbow layer cake with sprinkles on top to be specific and has 5 layers of rainbow coloured goodness to cultivate your journey towards a Better Culture.
We know that all Culture Change starts with individuals by having the appetite to Be Better.
Because Better People
Become Better Leaders
Building Better Cultures

Make it Easy
Your people get out of bed in the morning to come to work to do what they do best, and to do that well. Set them up for success by making it easy to get work done by understanding the realities of Human Error, Error Traps and Organisational Drift.
Speak Up
Your people have all the solutions to all the challenges that your business will face, but often it is trapped within your workforce. Creating a Psychological Safe environment where people can openly share ideas and concerns and are met with Leaders who listen and act upon this information.
Frustrations into Focus
Take the time and space to listen and understand what is getting in people's way, topping them delivering High Performance and turn those frustrations into focus so people can get stuff done and feel good doing it.
Learn from Failure
Reframing how you view and respond to failures, as opportunities to learn and improve when things go wrong, so that you can actively understand the context to really learn and embed that learning.
Everyday Learning
Proactively learning by seeking to understand the context and reality of normal everyday work and successes, to amplify the opportunities to learn, adapt and improve more frequently and consistently.
