The Power of Learning Teams

The What:

An interactive 1/2 day in person workshop to explain and bring to life the power and simplicity of Learning Teams. An incredible process for learning from everyday normal work, failures and successes alike.

If you are not familiar with this term, it’s essentially getting a bunch of people together that are close to the work and getting them to talk about the work. What's working and what's not. There are two sessions, the learn session, which is all about learning, and the improve session which is all about what can we do to change and improve. The two sessions are separated and for good reasons, and separated by a chunk of ‘soak time/ reflection time’. This workshop will explain the process and functionality of running a Learning Team as well as the many benefits.
