High Performing Culture (HPC) Programme

Bring to life all the 5 layers of the Culture Cake and kick start your journey towards a High Performing Culture (HPC) then this comprehensive programme is ideal for you.  This HPC programme takes shape across 3 phases. 

Phase 1 – Discovery.  

This is where we get to understand how your business works and understand what’s important to you so we can support you to bring to life your own HPC. This discovery phase can be anything from a 2hr facilitated workshop with a handful of Leaders to a few dedicated days at your place of work to allow us to soak up your current culture. 

Phase 2 – Delivery. 

This is where we take your Leaders from all levels and get them away from their day jobs to pause and reflect and partake in an interactive and fun Training Workshop facilitated by us.  This will be framed around the 5 layers of our Culture Cake: 

1. Make it easy 
2. Speak up 
3. Frustrations into focus 
4. Learning from failure 
5. Everyday learning 

Leaders will walk away empowered and enlightened and ready to go put some of these ideas into practice within their teams. These workshops are spread out across 6 x 1/2 day workshops and delivered in 6 - 18months. 

Phase 3 – Follow up support.  

Each Leader who attended a workshop will be supported with group coaching and mentoring calls which will take place over at least 6months.  These group coaching calls will provide the safe space to pause and reflect and discuss both challenges they have faced with implementation, as well as sharing new ideas and suggestions of next steps to evolve their approach to bring this to life within their teams.  Each Leader will be assigned an accountability buddy to keep each other in check to ensure motivation and momentum continues at an enthusiastic pace.   In addition to this digital self-coaching prompts will be shared to provide useful material to use with their teams to keep these ideas alive and relevant.
